Skyline Terrace is the first phase in the transformation of Carolina Green Space into a social landscape that attracts neighbors to gathered, and in doing so, reinforces a sense of community. The design envisions a public gathering space within a linear pollinator garden. Paths, through preserved trees, lighting and low maintenance drought tolerant planting create habitat for people and beneficial wildlife. It is a place to stroll, gather and meet your neighbors. A place where children can play and learn about native ecology and geography. A place from which neighbors, the community and visitors can enjoy a dramatic view of downtown San Francisco from a unique vantage point
