Minhui Li, ASLA, PLA, LEED GA, Principal

Minhui is passionate about creating unique and memorable urban spaces that emphasize aesthetic value and functionality. She is particularly dedicated to designing ecological and human-friendly spaces that respect a site’s natural functions and cultural contexts. She has been acknowledged with professional awards from the Urban Land Institute and the American Society of Landscape Architects at the local, state, national, and international levels. Minhui has lectured at the University of Maryland and has been published in Community Design magazine. Locally, she is currently the project manager for Transbay Block 6 of the San Francisco Transbay Terminal redevelopment project. Internationally, Minhui is the design lead for The Longfor Chongqing Mixed-Use Complex, The Hangzhou Intercontinental Hotel 88 and The Guilin Taohua Bay Eco-Tourism Community, and she is also the project manager of the Xing Yuan Lake New Town in Hanzhong. Notable past projects include the Hangzhou Hubin Waterfront, the Vanke Dameisha East Coast Resort Community in Shenzhen, and the Zhuhai Tangjia Bay Master Plan. She graduated from Beijing Forestry University in 1996, and received her MLA from Ohio State University.
