Alex Weber, Landscape Designer

Alex is committed to the design of urban landscapes as they relate to sustainability, art, and urbanism. He strives to understand their intersection in hopes of challenging the rigor of the undefined space. Alex received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Guelph, Department of Environmental Design, and studied abroad at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. Prior to joining Terrain Studio, Alex worked at Hargreaves Associates, where he participated in projects including Google’s Canopied Charleston East Campus, Oklahoma City’s 70-acre Downtown Park and Hunter’s Point. Presently, Alex participates in all phases of the design process from conceptual design to construction documentation, and project coordination. His current projects include Post Oak Boulevard, Memorial Park Connector and Bikeways in Houston, Texas and Greenland Mixed-Use Development in Chengdu, China.
